pelvic ultrasound examination

Can anyone give me tips on ultrasound / radiography pelvic exam?
Hello everyone, Myself and associates have been TTC for atleast10 months. I had horrible pain in his left side especially in the time of ovulation which I know can be normal. But lately it got worse was pissing a lot and I also feel constipated (TMI) and pain also hurt during the times Ive been to doctor relationship and put before ovulation, so he left out. And then deteriorated further damage to walk so my mother told me that this happened to her years ago and was told it was a cyst and all I could say was to let the bust. So anyway I went back to a different doctor and told him all the symptoms I felt around my stomach said it was well am a bit bloated and swollen in recent months, also my last period was 5 days late. You have 10 this month lasted 4 / 5 days and has a further 25 this month, twice a month, my cycle is always 26/27 day cycle, so they said they wouldnt say it is a cyst but if it's one of his small and sending me an ultrasound / pelvic exam just to be safe and his in July. So my question is, as we have been TTC for a bit, ultra sound to know whether there problems or complications to get pregnant. I know some may think we are not TTC so long but im saying that if his young 23 that you should go get checked after a year of TTC and it would be almost all that time, when I go for it. so im curious if others could be detected through ultrasound. And no i dont think I'm pregnant at all in a period that came too early, but isn't your average bleeding implantion strong flow (TMI sorry but I had to add that because I made this question before and only got an answer and thought I thought I was pregnant) and babydust lol Thanx to all xx TTC:) I am not worried about having to curiosity to see if you can say other things. Thanx Again:)
Yes it can reveal other complications, such as blocked tubes, cysts, of course, and any other physical issues that may be there.
