After a neck ultrasound'm worried about the results … help someone?

I'm an American living in Mexico, and I have a hard lump between my shoulder blades that I went to the doctor this weekend. He ordered an ultrasound, I went to yesterday, and I will not see your doctor again until Wednesday. The ultrasound report says the results were: parathyroid adenoma, lymphadenopathy supraclavicular, suprasternal solid mass. : Recommendation to investigate myelo and lymphoproliferative disorders. (translated by yours truly). Any ideas? I'm going crazy. Just as an after note, sent me to a specialist, had some sort of scan (CAT: I do not know) and am having a future biopsy. Thanks for your answers.

The good news is, the benign adenoma. However, if you had the dough for a very long period of time, the possibility of mutation of creating cell carcinoma (cancer cells) and toxins increases. Gland adenomas are growths. Therefore, there are some of the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal (kidney), and testes / ovaries. What this means is that your thyroid gland has produced "growths". This could be due to a variety of reasons, but is often seen in people who wear a low-iodine diet. You should be prepared to undergo a biopsy to ensure that the mass is in fact benign. After that, you and your doctor will decide to either taking medications to reduce weight or can be surgically removed – all based on what is best for your situation.
